The outcomes of the implementation are summarized as following paragraph: Inviting specialists and authorities convene the “Environmental Education Council Meeting” on 11 st Apr to discuss the status of environmental education facility sites certification and the accented items. Furthermore, this year has been established the election mechanism of having the on-site consultation qualifications on 28 th Apr and got approved. The election mechanism comprise “Environmental Education Certified Application and on-site Consultation ”, “Environmental Education Certified Application and Empower workshop: Elementary”, “Environmental Education Certified Application and Empower workshop: Advanced” and “On-site counseling”. This year has been held four sessions of “Environmental Education Certified Application and on-site Consultation ” in Po Lin abandoned furniture recycling center, Lanyang Museum, National Science and Technology Museum, Taipei Zoo from 9 th May to 16 th May with total attendances of 133. This year has been held three sessions of “Environmental Education Certified Application and Empower workshop: Elementary” in Guandu Nature Park, Highland Experimental Farm, National Taiwan University, Taijiang National Park from 10 th Jun to 21 th Jun with total attendances of 89. For those who completed the elementary workshop, they would be invited to the “Environmental Education Certified Application and Empower workshop: Advanced”. The advanced workshop has been held two sessions in Wulaokeng Scenic Area and Basianshan environmental education center form 10 th Jul to 21 st Jul with total attendances of 133. This workshop was aim at training the participants to have the ability of using resource inventory and tools ＆ the ability of writing environmental education teaching plan. This year has been held one expert consultation meeting on 1 st Aug. According to the conclusion of the meeting, there were 8 facility sites be selected and 3 facility sites be on the waiting list. The on-site consultation was been held from 15 th Aug to 27 th Oct with attendances of 387. This work was aimed at giving them the suggestions and helping them to get the certification of environmental education facilities. Furthermore, this project also completed “The Guidelines of Environmental Education Facilities Certification” and got approved. This guidelines and the certification application form for environmental education facilities were released together on 10 th Nov. Recommendations 1. Establish an election mechanism and promoting the facilities participate. 2. To optimize the public communication, promoting the ministries, public utilities participate in environmental education certification continuously. 3. Develop training courses of certified personnel to achieve the goal of optimizing environmental education service quality. 4. Develop the study tools and holding meetings to notify the environmental protection agency the counseling list. 5. Integrate and publishing the annual information of activities notices and the environmental education classes. 6.
